V1 contacted the VSO in reference to a battery and theft. V1 stated she was walking in the area of Old Kings Rd and Aragon St, Daytona Beach, when she observed a known subject, S1, walking nearby. V1 states she has "bad blood" with S1 and decided to walk in the opposite direction. V1 stated she felt a blow to the back of her head, turned around and observed S1 striking her now in the face with a closed fist. V1 stated, during the altercation, she dropped her cell phone which was picked up by S1 and not returned. Deputies canvassed the area for S1 and possible witnesses but were met with negative results. V1 completed a written statement, advising she wished to pursue charges. V1 was unable to provide a serial number or value for her now missing phone. V1 had no visible signs of injury to her person. Deputies will follow-up with V1 and attempt to locate S1 during the next shift.

Deputies were unable to make contact with any potential suspects at the time of the report. V1 completed a written statement, advising she wished to pursue charges. R1 went out of town in early June and returned to find that his enclosed trailer was missing. Within the trailer were inflatable bounce houses.

R1 stated he found the bounce houses were being sold on Facebook. Further investigation led LEOs to a house in Lake County where the bounce houses were. A Lake County detective responded to the home and talked to the homeowner (O1).

O1 advised that he was contracted to repossess the trailer, and it had the bounce houses inside. He unloaded the bounce houses and then delivered the trailer to the repossession contractor.

V1 and D1 are a married couple residing together. V1 advised a verbal altercation turned physical when D1 punched her in the face. Then, D1 threatened V1 with a firearm, saying he would kill her and then himself.

Deputies were able to safely take D1 into custody without incident. The firearm used was recovered, and a temporary RPO was completed for the rest of his firearms (which D1 voluntarily turned over in the meantime).

D1 was taken to VCBJ for all applicable offenses.

V1 wished to pursue charges and the vehicle was entered into the system as stolen.A BOLO was sent out to various areas of responsibility regarding the incident.On 06/17, D1 was located with the vehicle in Brunswick, GA, and arrested by the Glynn County Sheriff's Office.
