V1 contacted 911 in reference to a fight with D1. On arrival deputies observed D1 attempting to force his way inside of the residence. Due to being in fear of D1, V1 armed herself with a knife. D1 entered the residence and fled out the back door to a nearby business where he was apprehended. The investigation revealed D1 was the primary aggressor due to D1 shoving V1. D1 was subsequently arrested and transported to VCBJ.

V1 left her campsite and went for a walk on 6/18 between 2100-2200 hours. As V1 was walking, an unknown vehicle pulled up behind V1 and three males began to chase her into the woods.

V1 states one male caught up to her, forced her to the ground and sexually assaulted her. V1 did not explain why she waited so long to report the incident. V1 was transported to an area hospital for a medical exam.

CID was notified and responded. Case turned over to CID.

V1 came to his parents’ residence to check on it while they were away on vacation. D1 had been staying there and V1 confronted him over making a mess inside.

D1 got upset with V1 and grabbed a rake, then struck him in the head, causing a significant laceration. V1 contacted VSO and D1 was arrested for aggravated battery.

V1 and D1 are boyfriend/girlfriend and currently reside together as a family unit. While V1 was lying in bed, D1 arrived home intoxicated.

Due to possible relationship issues, D1 began to scream at, slap, and video record V1 while he was still lying in bed, telling D1 to leave him alone. Deputies observed the video which confirmed the occurrence of the incident.

D1 was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

On 06/18/2024, S2 and S3 entered the store and filled a grocery cart with baby formula and miscellaneous food items.

Once the cart was full, S2 and S3 exited the store without paying for the items. S1 drove to the front entrance with a suspect vehicle and picked up S2 and S3.

All three subjects fled the scene and made no attempts to purchase the items. Case status: Active.

V1 noticed the mechanical gate to his residence was damaged and forced open. V1 then noticed the lock on his trailer was tampered with. V1 stated it appeared someone attempted to steal his trailer but was unsuccessful.

V1 agreed to take him to the store; however, D1 was not satisfied and continued to push V1. V1 had two small abrasions which were visible.

D1 was subsequently arrested and transported to VCBJ.
