  • Are you tired of eating “healthy” and still not feeling great? Is grocery shopping stressful? Are you overwhelmed with trying to figure out which products are truly clean and which ones are greenwashed?

I’m so glad you’re here! This podcast will help you learn how to read labels, find clean product swaps, and create meal plans that actually work!

Hey lady, I’m Mary, your new low-tox living best friend! Most of my life I thought I ate fairly healthy and lived somewhat of a holistic life.

I tried natural remedies first over running straight to the doctor. I loved fruit and vegetables and didn’t eat a lot of meat or desserts. All of which is good, but it wasn’t enough.

After a major health issue with my mom where I became her full-time care provider for four months, I knew things needed to change.

I started researching what was really in our food. Learning to read labels and understand ingredients and how they reacted to our bodies. Little by little I began to replace the toxic household products and I learned to cook clean + healthy meals. These seemingly small changes made a lasting impact on my health and my mom’s! I’m ready to share what I’ve learned with you!

If you’re ready to find low-tox alternatives to help you live your best life, grab that iced coffee or matcha latte and let’s dive in!
