Please see the video. The work we have received so far is horrible. We are still in conversations to fix the issues, but their proposals are only convenient to them and not at all considering the consumer perspective. The seams between the panel are ugly, visually very disrupting and makes it look like a cheap work (see video) They didnt clean up before applying sealant! so we see dirt and pencil marks through caulking, and it cant be cleaned! (see video) Pieces do not align well, so they applied up to 7mm layers of sealant (see photo with penny for comparison) They didn't align well the tile pattern, in my opinion it looks done by an apprentice (see video with added lines for reference) This has been a very bad experience. They acknowledge the problems, but want to push me to accepts solutions widely different than what we wanted. They also so far offered me to accept current work for 16% discount, which is not close to what is likely needed to call someone else to finish this properly I recommend avoiding this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Nothing but problems. From being pressured by salesman, Nate, to problems with their loan company. I asked for a copy of contract and told 3 times I would get one. Haven't yet. I asked for a breakdown of prices--they couldn't do that. "we're not a retailer". I would like to know just what the outrageous price was for everything. The only "good" thing was the installer, Eric.

Horrible. They showed up days late. Took 15 days to replace 10 windows. Was told it would be 2 day. Left exterior exposed for a week and a half. Without anything covering bare wood and siding. Windows leak air like crazy. Ice build up inside the window frames and glass. Can feel large amounts of air coming in. They put in little foam spaces. Did nothing. Took pictures of 25 degree thermometer inside my house by ice. Was told high amounts of condensation is normal . Humidity inside house is 16 percent. Have had to constantly hound to get anything out of them. At this rate I may as well hire someone else to redo them. I spent 20 grand for this project. My daughters room is almost unusable die to the amount of cold coming in. I would go else were. Also if anyone wanted I can provide all the pictures, emails, and receipts to back up everything I have said. This company is a joke. I would hire a meth addict over this guys.

I didn't. Three and a half months later, no work was done. Terminated contract. Two building inspectors have lots of pictures showing the danger we are in using that bathroom. We can't shower here anymore, since November. Inexcusable, we've been lied to, dismissed and been given countless excuses. Would NEVER recommend this company

Description of Work: Bathroom floor is rotted from leaks, tub fell in 6 inches, 2 inspectors have said it was an emergency repair. We signed on 11/06/2018 and they STILL haven't done the work. They didn't have a license to work in Wisconsin and had never pulled permits for the job. This morning when they got the termination of contract letter, they ran down and activated a license and applied for the permit. Unprofessional, disorganized company populated with gifted liars. We agreed to 17500, but they made no effort to comply until we fired them and replaced them. Now they don't want to lose the 17500 even though this project was 100% their failure. Showed up on our porch tried to bully us into letting him in, claimed they had all kinds of proof that they were being honest, but they didn't show us anything and the email copies he days he sent never got sent. we don't trust these people to do the right thing

After about two hours we were still listening about how great their company is and windows are. We kept trying to ask them to tell us what the cost would be but they would not tell us. Finally they said they were done and they were leaving. Still don't know price of their windows are. rude and unprofessional Their company sells preservation windows and according to what I read on the Internet the company tends to use high pressure sales techniques. Although it is a good window, grade wise it would rate a "c" but they sell it like it is an "a" window I would say buyer beware.

We saw them at a kiosk at a mall and they contacted us and came out. We got them looked at our kitchen and we got pressured into picking things out and taking out a loan and the whole experience was a nightmare. They had a plan and we picked up the materials and set a work date. The guy who came out started right away on changing the plan. We had paid them to tear out the existing floor but they decided that they were going to go over the top of it. They didn’t put it down correctly and when the new flooring came, it was the wrong flooring and there was a week delay before they got the right color flooring in. Since they didn’t do the flooring right, till now we are having problems with sewage coming up through the floor. They have sent a guy out twice just to locate us and they won’t do anything about it. The countertops and sinks and everything were wrong and delayed. They were terrible. They did not stand behind the mistakes they made and made promises they couldn’t keep.
