  The manager’s attitude isso sour. Unprofessional, she was sorude inexplaining her return policy. She said, “take itup with corporate” ina nasty tone. Iinstantly left and don’t want togive them mybusiness.

  Had areally difficult time getting myreceipt here. Needed proof ofbuying anat home Covid test for aconcert. They sent meone digitally against mywishes and then when Ichecked there was noreciept sent tome atall. They were unable toresend itto meand one ofthe workers got very upset when Iasked ifthere was any way she could reprint itfor mesince ifnot Iwas out $30for nothing. She said wecan't just print receipts all the time with anattitude and seemed really upset that she had todo work. After she printed itfor meshe continued tohave anattitude and told meI couldn't return myCovid test even with areciept, which isfine because Ididn't want toreturn itI just wanted areceipt, something that isapparently very difficult toget atthis particular Walgreen's.   Walgreens will bethe store Igoto ifI'm ina hurry and need tofind agood deal. Accepts food card and you can find gift sets ofbody wash and deodorant onsale after the holidays. Always look for the deal after the holidays. Great store great staff never anegative experience.

  Every time Igo tothe pharmacy itis anegative experience. Staff isunfriendly and have attitudes. Pharmacy closes down without coverage for anhour everyday. Last experience was the worst, arrived 10minutes before pharmacy “lunch” and they told meto come back after2:30. Came back at4:30topick upneeded medication and was told that itwas tobe delivered nextday!! What? They did finally give methe medications but then pharmacist had anattitude while explaining new meds. She did noteven know that Iwas receiving 3meds versus2!!

  Also purchased over the counter medication which was onsale. Checked out atfront ofstore but sale price was not applied. Told the cashier itshould have been $5dollars off and hesaid, “well Iguess its not”. Meanwhile another customer was yelling ata person stealing product and running out the door. This good patron explained tothe cashier that they had just been robbed. Cashier said, “oh thats okwe are told tojust let them go”. So…. Icould not get my$5dollarsoff, but itis OKto steal?

  This isthe worst Walgreens pharmacy that I’ve ever experienced. They never have medications refilled when Icome topick themup. Today ismy sons graduation and Ihad tocome back in30minutes and Icame back and it’s not even been filled!!

  Great pharmacy clerks, but the worst front door cashier. Ayoung kid named Ronald.This kid was sorude, never any greeting orgoodbye and basically threw the bag ofitems atmy wife. Avoid this store!!!

  I stopped shopping atthis Walgreens because the employees can bethe worst! The way some employees there talk tocustomers with such loathing and wanting tobe argumentative! It's disturbing! And Ireally regret that Ilet myself shop there yesterday night! AsI was inthe aisle looking for things that Ineeded Iwas bypharmacy when acustomer was explaining (I believe she was the pharmacist) that she never received acall for her prescription and she would like her prescription filled the pharmacist became argumentative stating that it's unheardof, that she didn't receive acall ora text message and her prescription was put back. and The pharmacist did explain that after aprescription sits onthe shelf for acertain amount ofdays they put itback which iscompletely understandable! Itruly felt sorry for the customer that was atthe counter, the way she was being talkto, soof course the customer was becoming argumentative back because she was never contacted that her prescription was ready tobe picked upand this was happening infront ofmultiple customers! Ifthis pharmacist had any skills incustomer service this conversation between the two could've went acompletely differentway! Atthis point Ikept shopping but ended upgoing back into the same aisle. And Icould hear the pharmacist talking toanother lady employee behind the counter talking about the customer with the issue ofnot being contacted asanother customer who was waiting for them toacknowledgehim, heended upinterrupting their conversation toget some assistance! Just inthe tone ofher voice you could tell that she was alittle upset that she was interrupted! Now Iam inanother aisle looking atoffice supplies there's two employees that looked like they were straightening items onthe shelf and talking toeach other and not once did either ofthem acknowledge that Iwas there they just kept going onand onand onabout tattoos. Now Igo tothe register topay for myitems (which Ishould have just put back and left) Ican say that trying tounderstand someone who mumbles islike nails down achalkboard!
  The lack ofskills incustomer service atthis location isdeplorable especially inpharmacy which isthe reason Idon't shop there any longer and again Ishould have went tothe other Walgreens location where they dohave the skills! Never again!… – show
