We had toship back anitem toAmazon onMonday,Dec. 12th and dropped itoff atthis store. After several days, itreported as'item not yet shipped'. Wemade the attempt tocall this store multiple times and wasn't able toget ananswer. Mywife went over there onher lunch break, said NOONE was inthere, employee said they had been busy… she called the store while waiting atthe counter and watched the employees completely ignore the phone. When asked about the item, they just rudely replywith “take itup with Amazon”. Won't beusing this store again.… – show

Mr. Rick. Wedo our best toassist every customer, those that come into the store and those who call. Unfortunately, during the holidays, the lines make italmost impossible toget tothe phones attimes. When you wife came into the store, weexplained toher that the items she sent back toAmazon were not trackable and were part ofa consolidation program that Amazon uses. Wepointed out onher receipt that weprovided toher were itstated for her tocontact Amazon directly with any issues, weeven offered toprovide her with aphone number tocall Amazon, She stated that she had aphone number. I came toprint a5page document that Iemailed tothe store’s email address and they charged mean additional $3for “1—15minute computer use” for the employee touse their own computer toprint said document.

I’m sorry tohear you had anunpleasant experience. Wedo charge $3for computer access, however, inthe future you may bring your files ona thumb drive, (in.pdf format), and use our self-serve copiers and avoid the $3computerfee.

UPDATE: The owner ofThe UPS Store contacted meabout this package. HEsearched the store and found nopackage. Based onmy drop off heknew which UPS truck itshould beon. Hecontacted the manager ofthe UPS branch and she searched the truck and found the package wedged somewhere. Without his help the package may have never been found ordelivered. Something incredibly important tomy son was found and delivered. Ifeel the owner could have just ignored mycall, instead hewent over andabove and everything turned out great because ofhis diligence. Lesson learned, don't believe everything UPS tellsyou, asthey were adamant onthe 800number the package had tobe atthe store. Iam very grateful for his reply and response. Iwill definitely continue touse this business. Ichanged a1star to5stars and well deserved.
Original: Had tomail something overnight tomyson. Avery important package. Now UPS over aday and ahalf later says itnever left the store according totheir records and appears lost. Something that was irreplaceable for myson seems lost. Ishould have just had UPS pick upfrom myoffice. The label and everything was already created. Don't drop off packages here.

I normally have UPS pick upmy weekly shipments but decided todrop 6boxes off this time.
It was myfirst time inthe store.Friendly and great customer service. The dude was aspeed racer! Asa busy business owner Ididn't have along wait.

Their boxes and services are very expensive you can buy alot bigger box for $2from home Depot and also can visit dollar store (it's near by) for small boxes orbubble wrap envelopes

Bad customer service

Employee Standing right next tothe tapegun, but wouldn't tape mylittle box close. ups pack and ship but wouldn't accept myreturn because the little box was open.

We are sorry about that, however for 25years The UPS Store has taped pre-paid packages for free. Unfortunately, with Amazon, Zappos and other companies offering free returns wetake inapproximately 400—800pre-paid packages daily, making itimpossible for usto seal pre-paid packages. Wehave had signs posted inthe store ateach station for over a2year now stating that all pre-paid packages must come insealed and ready tobe shipped. The UPS Store does offer 3options for your pre-paid packages and weare happy toaccommodate you with which ever option that you choose. Those options are1. You bring your packaged insealed2. You may purchase aroll oftape or3. Wewill seal your package for you for afee. Welook forward toproviding you with excellent customer service aswe have for the past 25years.… – show

I tried calling several times tosee ifthis location does passport photos. After afew rings each time, Iwould hear someone pick upthe phone and slam itdown. This happened 4or 5times. I'm never using this location. Ever. Icalled around9:45am on9/20/21

I amsorry you experienced that, however Ican assure you that wedid not hang uponyou. Yesterday wewere experiencing internet issues all day long. Our phone systems are automated internet based. The issue seems tonow beresolved. Ifyou need apassport photos taken, you may goto Walgreens, they offer passport photos.

They carry only two types ofUPS envelopes and NOTHING ELSE, soyou have tobuy their boxes. Typical ofthese type stores.

UPS offers 100's ofdifferent types ofsupplies for Next Day and Second Day Air services. Wecan only carrier afew types for our customers, due tolimited space. However, since you had apre-paid/UPS account package, wedid offer you two options toget the supplies that you needed. One option was tocall UPS directly and they will send you your needed supplies, free ofcharge orthe second option isto goto the local UPS terminal and see ifthey may have the supplies that you are looking for. Wedo offer aselection ofboxes for sale, however wedid not offer tosell you any boxes, weonly gave you the options for you toreceive the “Free” UPS box that you were lookingfor. Wehope your were able toorder the supplies that you needed.… – show
