Keto Chicken Drumsticks Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 teaspoons of Turmeric, ground
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Onion Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Coriander, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Cumin, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Ginger, ground
  • 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil

How To Make Keto Chicken Drumsticks

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken drumsticks and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Rub the dry seasoning mix over the chicken drumsticks and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. For best results leave to marinate overnight. We recommend using food-safe disposable gloves for this step as the turmeric will stain your hands.
  3. Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  4. Place chicken drumsticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with the sesame oil.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the drumsticks are cooked through.
  6. Serve and enjoy. We recommend serving with a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

  2. I made these and they were fantastic! I accidentally added the sesame oil to the spices mix but no big deal I just coated the chicken in a ziplock bag and let it sit in the fridge for 7 hours or so. Then I cooked them in the airfryer at 380 degrees for about 25 minutes. I also added about 2TB of Siracha to the spice mix. I’m making them again today, but this time I’m going to let them marinate for about 24 hours then grill them.
