@comcast are theafs - when cable 1st came out, (long time ago)it was ten dollars, they said as more people got it, it will go down... I pay almost 240 for cable, internet & phone(that I dont FN use 2 get a cheap rate) maybe if u lower the rate more people will get it.

why does #comcast #support always suck so ******* bad!?! The incompetence and circle jerk to just activate a modem is beyond me. Worst service provider in the US without question. Retrain your staff and stop abusing customers. It wasn't cool two decades ago and it still isnt.

@comcast A company where the customer service was so bad they had to change their name. The other day I walked into a Comcast office to get a simple question answered. Five employees were sitting around doing nothing. When I asked them to help me they handed me a phone number to call.

@XfinitySupport Xfinity techs left this uncovered for weeks. Now my internet is down and first available tech is 6/22? Wife and I work from home so we are dead in the water. Not good.

@PolachekRachael Once I got a call claiming that I had problems with my internet connection from someone claiming to be Comcast a few years ago! At first, I believed them & they took control of my computer & changed my password so that I couldn’t use my computer! They wanted money & for me to buy
