Mr. Carlos Albuquerque did various home improvement work in our Town home - including fixing doors, bathroom improvement and blinds/curtains. He gave clear estimates and completed the work on time. He is very courteous and knowledgeable and we recommend him. We are planning to hire him for further home improvment projects in our house.
Description of Work: Fixed multiple doors that were not opening/closing and broken. Fixed the sliding fixtures in walk-in shower. Sealant in the bathroom tiles and fixing shower. Fixing washer/dryer folding door. Fixed blinds which were not working and replaced with curtains. Paint work for stairs.

I hired C&A to finish my basem*nt in the fall of 2022. Carlos and team were great to work with. They helped me with the design, and layout while giving me options for some much needed storage areas. I originally only hired C&A to partly finish my basem*nt as I was planning on doing the floors myself. After they did such a good job, I hired them a 2nd time to install my LVP flooring.
Description of Work: Fully finished basem*nt. Framing, insulation, Sheetrock, electrical, painting, and flooring.

We hired C&A Home Improvement to turn our unfinished basem*nt into living space - a project spanning some 800 square feet and including the addition of a full-size bathroom. We have worked with many contractors over the years - Carlos is hands down the best and someone we would very highly recommend to anyone looking to get work done. His pricing is really reasonable and transparent, he shows up exactly when he says he will and his crew works on the project without any unexplained absences. Carlos engaged with the project to problem solve alongside me and did it as a partnership to get us the best living space that we could construct. And he actively looked for ways to get it done as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. We were so happy with his work that we are hiring him again this year to do more work on the house.

It was fantastic. It was great. I've used a lot of different guys before and finally, I met someone who is honest and nice. You could leave a million dollars in your table and it wouldn't get stolen. I'm planning to hire him again. I was getting quotes from different places but his is extremely fair.
Description of Work: He did a little framework at the bottom of my sink. He also completely remodeled my kitchen. He painted the entire interior of my house as well.

Carlos was a dream to work and partner with during the last year and a half. We started out with a bathroom remodel and expanded to almost the entire house. This includes the garage, master bathroom, hallways, a bedroom and my living room. Carlos was always willing to work with me as my vision changed. Carlos is transparent about cost and timeliness. It felt good to find a GC who took great pride in the work and was equally protective of you, the experience and outcome. He's a diamond in the ruff.

I was very satisfied with 2 projects performed (yes I hired a second time). First project was patio fixing and extending, and second, was attic remodeling, flooring and painting.
